“Amul Paints India” is the long-standing firm name of our family-run business, derived from the personal name of a member of the founding family.
The adoption of this name is from pious Shri Japji Sahib, the first sacred composition found at the very beginning of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib which is followed and chanted daily by followers of Sikhism all around the world.
We work only in the paints, coatings, and industrial finishes sector.
We are an independent business and have no affiliation, association, endorsement, sponsorship, or connection — direct or indirect — with AMUL / GCMMF, the dairy and food brand.
Our products are sold exclusively under our own brands: AMCO, AMLAC, AMGLO, etc.
The name “Amul Paints India” appears on our packaging only as a manufacturer’s disclosure, in accordance with labelling laws, and is not used as a product brand or trademark.
